Key Responsibilities

•Build and scale the Brand Ads business by defining the long-term commercial and operational plan, go-to-market strategy, pricing model, and narrative.
•Lead strategic agency partnerships with top media agencies and holding groups, shaping multi-year joint business plans and measurement frameworks.
•Develop strategic FMCG partnerships with global and local brands, coordinating across marketing, data, and category teams for integrated growth.
•Own the P&L and growth strategy for Brand Ads, identifying monetization opportunities and prioritizing investments.
•Oversee the execution of media campaigns (endemic and non-endemic) to ensure flawless delivery and measurable impact for advertisers.

•Strategic mindset with hands-on attitude and strong leadership and communication skills
