Key Responsibilities

•Lead and facilitate the daily Change Advisory Board (CAB): review, assess, schedule, and authorize high-impact changes and tests.
•Coordinate multi-system deployments by collaborating with infrastructure, development and distributed systems teams in hybrid environments (JAVA, AWS Cloud, Mainframe, WebSphere).
•Manage risks by validating execution plans, rollback and contingency for critical changes.
•Govern data governance by supervising data ingestion and control from PRO and MIG environments, ensuring masking and confidentiality.
•Act as a communication bridge between internal technical teams, vendors and program stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven experience as IT Change Analyst, Release Manager, or IT governance roles

•Availability for occasional on-call interventions outside standard hours (paid)
•Nice to have: ITIL or Prince2 certification and multiplatform architecture knowledge (Ansible, Tomcat, AWS, scripting)
