Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by performing washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles between departments in Carvana Inspection Centers as needed.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can view them in the online spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections or defects.
  • •Follow processes and safety requirements while working in a fast-paced production environment, including mandatory overtime when required.

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).

  • •Use safety equipment as required, including items such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments.
