Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage defined portions of a workstream—from planning through execution—with increasing independence.
  • •Produce client-ready deliverables and narratives with limited redirection or rework, using consulting frameworks or subject-matter expertise.
  • •Lead structured problem-solving by organizing information, identifying themes, and shaping next-step plans.
  • •Maintain positive relationships with mid-level client stakeholders through clear, consistent communication and thoughtful questions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, bring forward patterns for reusable frameworks, and participate in feedback loops.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in content creation and management, especially transforming to a modular approach.

  • •Experience with Pharma marketing processes, MLR workflows, communications, and approvals.
  • •Familiarity with Aprimo DAM capabilities is a plus.
