Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequence, and processes for fabrication and assembly.
  • •Estimate manufacturing costs and determine time standards; recommend tooling and process requirements and apply DFx to reduce cost and improve quality.
  • •Develop and use test procedures, including assisting with test specifications with design/software engineering and supporting test fixture work.
  • •Collect operational and test data, evaluate results, and take corrective/continuous improvement actions.
  • •Perform root-cause and corrective action analysis for issues during assembly/test and conduct Process FMEA (PFMEA) for new repair development.
