Denial & Appeal Specialist

Own denial management end-to-end across a complex, multi-payer book of business. You’ll analyze 835 remittance files to identify denial reason codes and trace root causes to submission or coding errors, then write and submit clinical and administrative appeals (including escalation to peer-to-peer review). Partner daily with the RCM platform team and cross-functionally with Revenue Cycle to reduce denial rates, maintain a denial tracking log, and provide actionable weekly trend updates.
