Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customer workflows into deployable AI solutions
  • •Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers
  • •Solve integration challenges between systems (TMS, load boards, emails, APIs, etc.)
  • •Build internal tools, automation scripts, or custom adapters when needed
  • •Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Background in engineering, CS, systems integration, or technical operations
  • •Proficient in one or more languages (Python, JS/TS, Bash, etc.)
  • •Experience with APIs, scripting, and system-to-system integration
  • •Strong writing and customer communication skills
  • •Bonus: exposure to logistics, AI workflows, or automation tooling; Bonus: experience with TMS platforms or freight software
