Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the business plan for key Brazil expansion areas and partners, guiding product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
•Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever’s data and technology to support partner growth.
•Move beyond analysis to implementation; lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases and drive CAC, LTV, and ROI improvements.
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to keep operations lean and scalable during rapid growth.
•Collaborate with regional stakeholders across key markets to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fever’s product and marketing capabilities.

Key Requirements

•At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast growing startups, or investment banking, plus a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable growth.
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
•Ability to leverage data, make strategic business decisions, and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across cultures.
•Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish; willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
