Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and reconcile premiums and non-premiums, and apply cash and/or manage invoicing
  • •Collect and minimize outstanding balances and delinquencies for assigned accounts
  • •Monitor trends, anticipate customer needs, and recommend changes with regular status updates
  • •Analyze financial data to identify and reconcile discrepancies and resolve transaction issues
  • •Establish and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships and support department initiatives

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Finance Operations, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years in Finance Operations
  • •Knowledge of insurance industry agreements and loss-sensitive programs
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Accounting, Accounts Payable (A-P), Accounts Receivable (A-R), and General Ledger (G-L)
  • •Experience with financial and accounting systems and financial record keeping
