Build relationships with walk-in and phone customers, processing and distributing pool products while handling questions and complaints professionally. Accurately enter sales orders to create invoices, secure payment or credit authorization, estimate delivery dates, and manage warranty item disposition. Assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties while working in a fast-paced environment with inventory and customer issues. Full-time role at a Pool Corporation sales center in Fort Collins.
