Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead RF regulatory strategy and certification for Starlink User Terminals and Wi-Fi products across all target markets
  • •Own compliance to FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED, and equivalent global wireless regulations- Manage radio testing (emissions, immunity, SAR, etc.) with accredited labs
  • •Work directly with RF hardware and firmware teams to implement design changes required for certification
  • •Prepare and maintain technical files and certification applications
  • •Support global market access for wireless features, including new frequency bands and power levels

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or other STEM discipline
  • •5+ years of experience in RF/wireless regulatory compliance and certification
  • •Strong experience with Wi‑Fi or satellite communication systems
  • •Deep knowledge of FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED, and key international wireless regulations
  • •Experience running RF compliance test campaigns
