Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with CxOs to define how AI reshapes functions, workflows, operating models, and value chains.
  • •Facilitate executive workshops and discovery sessions, aligning leadership around an AI agenda and value realization reviews.
  • •Translate business ambition into prioritized AI use cases with implementation plans, measurable outcomes, and adoption roadmaps.
  • •Lead transformation delivery for strategic accounts, owning stakeholders, workstreams, timelines, risks, and executive communication.
  • •Identify and remove adoption blockers (e.g., regulatory requirements, risk controls, data sensitivity) and build reusable transformation frameworks and tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, digital transformation, AI/data strategy, or complex enterprise delivery.
  • •Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs with senior business and technology stakeholders, including workstream planning and delivery governance.
  • •Deep familiarity with financial services workflows and regulatory realities across banks, insurers, and payments.
  • •Practical fluency in generative and agentic AI, automation, data, and how technology is deployed inside large organizations.
  • •Executive presence to lead C-suite conversations and support recommendations with business cases and roadmaps.
