Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and communicate the tribe’s product strategy aligned to company and platform goals, translating strategy into bets, roadmaps, and backlogs.
  • •Lead market, customer, competitor, and technology analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic bets.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives, ensuring realistic, well-sequenced roadmaps and removing cross-team blockers and dependencies.
  • •Drive discovery across the tribe, ensuring teams uncover real problems and unmet needs, and that insights are shared and acted on.
  • •Line manage Product Managers, set expectations for quality and reliability, partner with GTM teams on launches, and define/track key metrics to refine strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 5–7+ years of product experience (e.g., Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, or Group Product Manager), ideally in fintech or a tech-led company.
  • •Proven ability to craft and communicate product strategy and roadmaps using market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, and data.
  • •Experience managing and coaching Product Managers.
  • •Strong prioritization and product judgment, with a track record of making clear trade-offs and data-informed decisions.
  • •Exceptional stakeholder management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
