Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own high-impact mobile experiences for clinicians from exploration through launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • •Develop new interaction patterns for AI-native healthcare workflows, including real-time transcription and ambient documentation, AI-assisted review, multimodal inputs, agentic actions, and offline experiences.
  • •Partner with product, design, AI, and backend teams to integrate model capabilities into production-ready, responsive, and trustworthy mobile workflows.
  • •Contribute across the Flutter application and native Swift/iOS and Kotlin/Android integrations to solve mobile infrastructure and scaling challenges.
  • •Own quality and reliability across performance, accessibility, analytics, testing, observability, and release readiness; prototype quickly and refine from feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional mobile development with meaningful ownership of user-facing products or features.
  • •Deep experience in iOS, Android, or cross-platform mobile development, including platform conventions and performance.
  • •Strong native expertise in Swift/iOS and/or Kotlin/Android, including lifecycle, permissions, background execution, and app reliability.
  • •Experience working in or ramping onto a Flutter-based codebase.
