Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine inspections of facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and the AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment).
  • •Maintain and coordinate testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • •Maintain the facility’s appearance and functionality, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep.
  • •Keep accurate maintenance records, identify/report safety hazards, and follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
