Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot facility systems and equipment on the 3rd shift, performing preventative maintenance and repairs to keep distribution operations running smoothly. Conduct routine inspections, respond to issues, and support projects across the building. Coordinate testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, maintain the facility’s appearance and functionality, keep accurate maintenance records, and follow all safety and PPE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct routine inspections of facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and the AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues.
•Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment).
•Maintain and coordinate testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
•Maintain the facility’s appearance and functionality, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep.
•Keep accurate maintenance records, identify/report safety hazards, and follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

•Ability to follow safety policies and PPE requirements, and work overtime as needed.
