Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research, evaluation, and implementation of next-generation cryptographic technologies and methodologies, including post-quantum algorithms and secure protocol design.
  • •Perform security reviews of cryptographic implementations and proposed designs, covering key management systems, protocols, and cryptographic integrations.
  • •Own key management architecture across key generation, distribution, rotation, escrow, and destruction, including KMS/HSM integration, envelope encryption, and secrets management.
  • •Develop cryptography standards, guardrails, and reference architectures such as encryption standards, key management standards, and PKI architecture aligned to NIST/FIPS frameworks.
  • •Oversee large-scale cryptography initiatives (e.g., PKI modernization and post-quantum migration) to deliver on time and foster adaptability across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in cryptography, security architecture, or a related field with a proven record designing cryptographic architectures.
  • •Strong understanding of cryptographic primitives and protocols (encryption, hashing, digital signatures, TLS/PKI) plus hands-on key management across generation, rotation, escrow, destruction, and KMS/HSM integration.
  • •Fluency in industry standards and frameworks, including NIST SP 800-57 and FIPS 140-2/140-3, as well as post-quantum cryptography standards.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale cryptography initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams aligned to security guidelines.
  • •Ability to translate cryptography challenges into actionable solutions aligned with risk management and business objectives.
