Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee full financial management of 4–5 legal entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
  • •Lead and develop a team of 2–3 finance professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • •Own monthly/quarterly/annual close processes including trend and variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and management reporting.
  • •Prepare and review annual statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, regulatory requirements, and VAT and corporate tax processes.
  • •Coordinate internal and external audits, lead budgeting/forecasting/cash flow planning, monitor performance risks/opportunities, and drive finance process automation and standardization.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including people management in an international or multi-entity environment.
  • •Proven experience as a Finance Manager/Finance Lead/Senior Accounting Manager with ownership of multiple legal entities.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
  • •Experience managing statutory reporting, tax compliance, VAT processes, and audit coordination.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional accounting qualifications are a plus.
