Responsible for design strategy, development of contract documents, FF&E procurement, visual presentations, and coordination with consultants to ensure sustainable, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of interior design projects including all aspects of interior design
•Coordinate with consultants and lead collaboration to ensure design deliverables meet schedules and budgets
•Develop and complete contract document sets (floor plans, elevations, RCP, millwork, details)
•Create graphics and presentation materials, including renderings and diagrams
•Participate in client meetings and establish Integrated Sustainable Design solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent major
•Minimum of 6 years experience in designing commercial interior projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Excellent Revit and rendering skills
•Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape or other 3D modeling software
•Ability to produce and coordinate a complete set of construction documents for permit and bid
