Job Summary

Build customer-facing applications and workflows for an AI-native social engineering defense platform, partnering directly with enterprise customers to deploy and solve complex integration problems. Develop AI-powered automations, prototype end-to-end solutions, and maintain integrations with APIs, webhooks, identity providers, and SIEM/SOAR systems. Troubleshoot authentication issues (OAuth, SAML, SCIM) and turn customer feedback into scalable product improvements while coordinating across engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Build customer-facing applications, workflows, and product capabilities to solve enterprise problems.
•Develop AI-powered automations and integrations for customers and internal teams.
•Prototype and ship end-to-end solutions that evolve into core platform functionality.
•Partner with enterprise customers to understand requirements and drive successful deployments.
•Maintain integrations and troubleshoot authentication/integration issues (OAuth, SAML, SCIM).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 220,000 annually

•Strong software engineering background with experience building production applications (Python preferred).
•Familiarity with AI application development, LLM APIs, or workflow automation.
•Comfort working directly with enterprise and non-technical customers to solve technical problems.

•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
