Job Summary

Senior Product Manager for CISO Advantage leading MSP partner enablement, end-user adoption, and regional feedback between MSPs, customers, and Sophos Product teams. You’ll drive product feedback, training enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployment and adoption of CISO Advantage across regional MSP partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Product Feedback & Market Intelligence by acting as a structured feedback channel between field and product teams; capture feedback on usability, pricing, and competitive alternatives; submit regional reports on adoption blockers and MSP delivery challenges.
•Lead MSP Partner Enablement by serving as the primary field resource for regional MSP partners, tracking enablement progress, and helping partners develop onboarding and delivery playbooks for CISO Advantage.
•Support End-User Adoption & Training by assisting MSP partners in delivering effective training and onboarding experiences to end-user organizations, and by defining success metrics, use cases, and outcome milestones.
•Collaborate Cross-Function with regional Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align enablement with commercial priorities, surface localization needs, and keep training content up-to-date.
•Gather and document customer adoption stories and outcomes to support MSP enablement, product marketing, and internal reporting.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in a cybersecurity-related role (e.g., technical pre-sales, partner success, channel enablement, security consulting, or vendor-side field role)
•Experience with MSP, channel partner, or VAR environments and understanding managed service businesses
•Exposure to security programme management, GRC, or vcISO service delivery in customer/MSP/vendor contexts
•Experience in a product feedback, customer success, or voice-of-customer role within a B2B SaaS or security vendor environment
•Experience supporting end-user training, onboarding, or adoption programs with channel partners or directly
