Salary: USD 170,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, or related technologies.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor materials, wafer fabrication, device packaging, and bonding technologies.
  • •Advanced degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • •Proven customer-facing experience communicating complex technical concepts clearly and professionally.
  • •Exceptional communication, organizational, and program management skills with the ability to drive results and meet aggressive deadlines.
