Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall management administration to the project and help establish project-specific objectives and policies.
  • •Direct subordinate managers and ensure construction is completed according to design, budget, and schedule.
  • •Ensure quality and performance standards and compliance across consultants, vendors, and project work.
  • •Make timely decisions to expedite construction completion, including correcting design/construction errors early.
  • •Develop and monitor phasing and schedules, manage cost/schedule adherence, and coordinate change orders and technical matters with the architect/engineer of record.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus two years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Preferred: Baccalaureate Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •Five (5) years of full-time, progressively responsible work as a technical specialist in construction and design-related fields.
  • •Two (2) years must include managing all phases of construction work on a scale and scope similar to the SCA.
  • •Experience supporting project objectives, policies, schedules, budgets, and compliance for construction projects.
