Key Responsibilities

  • •Support account management team with day-to-day management of key digital platforms.
  • •Assist with film/TV price promotions, including building title submissions and loading pricing into studio systems and client platforms or forms.
  • •Conduct digital store checks to ensure accurate and timely setup, pricing, placement, and use of assets for film and TV releases.
  • •Maintain up-to-date new release trackers and collate platform coverage support decks for releases and promotions.
  • •Assist with sell-in presentations, monitor competitor/industry changes, capture meeting minutes and actions, and support newsletter copywriting and event coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs desirable), PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Word.
  • •Excellent attention to detail.
  • •Well organised with strong prioritisation skills.
  • •Good communicator with an analytical mind and a desire to learn.
  • •Enrolled in relevant studies (business/commerce, media/communications, marketing, or similar), completing in 2027.
