Job Summary

Develop and grow relationships with your broker panel across Essex/East Anglia, traveling to visit brokers and key office locations. Own sales and business performance targets with minimal supervision, drive pipeline through initiatives and campaigns, and identify customer/intermediary needs across Zurich propositions. Perform broker panel evaluations to maximize share of wallet, provide presentations and sales training for new product launches, and collaborate with Underwriters to deliver a strong service proposition.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop new and growing broker relationships.
•Own development responsibility for a broker panel with accounts varying in size/complexity.
•Deliver your own sales and business performance targets with minimal supervision.
•Work with brokers to educate and implement new initiatives, driving pipeline and supporting sales campaigns and marketing.
•Identify customer/intermediary needs across Zurich products and propositions, and conduct granular broker panel evaluations to maximize share of wallet.
