•Build and maintain credible relationships with operators and key stakeholders, expanding revenue through strategic account development and product adoption.
•Maintain visibility into pipeline activity, funding trends, conversion rates, and unrealized potential; develop and execute strategic account plans.
•Ensure partners are trained and aligned on end-to-end processes, driving operational discipline to improve borrower experience.
•Track KPIs (market share, application volume, funded volume, revenue trends) and maintain accurate CRM data to inform strategic decisions.
