Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end content production from briefs to final deliverables for structured practice plans, video sessions, audio content, and in-app copy.
  • •Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to keep production on schedule across multiple content streams.
  • •Engage and coordinate domain experts (doctors, trainers, coaches, habit specialists) to review accuracy and practical value.
  • •Partner with product, design, and engineering from early feature stages to shape content needs and execution.
  • •Design and continuously improve production workflows, templates, and quality standards, using data and A/B tests to drive measurable retention and engagement impact.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years in content production or content/project management in consumer subscription apps, EdTech, wellness, gaming, or related areas.
  • •Experience building or significantly improving end-to-end content production systems (not just executing individual projects).
  • •Proven ability to coordinate internal teams and external contractors while tracking briefs, tasks, and deadlines across multiple projects.
  • •Fluent English with strong written communication skills close to native level.
  • •Comfort working with product dashboards and planning tools (not only Google Docs).
