Key Responsibilities

  • •Timely and accurately build sub-assemblies and assemblies for power distribution units and other electrical equipment to customer specifications.
  • •Follow SOPs and use heavy industrial equipment (cranes, winding machines, fabrication, welding, brazing) during assembly.
  • •Perform visual inspections before and after assembly and inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • •Use fixtures, gauges, hand tools, and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair products; make necessary adjustments to meet quality goals.
  • •Adhere to environmental, health, and safety rules, provide process and safety improvement ideas, calibrate machines/tools, and perform 5S housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •Build sub-assemblies and assemblies to customer specifications using SOPs.
  • •Read and interpret standard operating procedures, wiring diagrams, and bills of material.
  • •Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety procedures in a manufacturing facility.
  • •Previous experience in production, packaging, or construction (or equivalent education) and/or experience with electrical product assembly/maintenance/repair.
  • •Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs, use hand tools/power tools, and stand for extended periods; willing to work overtime and flex as needed.
