Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore edge runtime and compiler abstraction across heterogeneous NPUs.
  • •Develop approaches for intelligent inference routing across mixed NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Qualcomm, and custom ASIC fleets.
  • •Create unified operational planes for edge and on-prem hardware cost and placement visibility.
  • •Pursue a venture path supported by fundraising, GTM strategy, and an MVP to achieve early traction.
  • •Attract, hire, and lead the team to build and execute the company’s product and GTM plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Early-stage operator experience building, selling, and navigating the edge ML and on-device inference world.
  • •Experience shipping models across multiple NPU/edge silicon targets and understanding per-vendor toolchain and optimization tax.
  • •Experience building inference deployment, compiler, or mixed-silicon fleet infrastructure and knowing where fragmentation blocks product teams.
  • •Ability to attract, hire and lead world-class teams.
  • •Canada or US-based with the ability to collaborate in North American time zones.
