Lead and transform talent acquisition for CHEP’s Benelux supply chain operations, moving from agency-reliant hiring to a more direct, controlled recruitment model. Own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for plant-based roles, partnering on workforce planning, sourcing, employer branding, vendor management, and onboarding. Centralize hiring accountability within Talent Acquisition, improve stability and cost efficiency, and drive Workday adoption as the single source of truth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the transition from an agency-led to a direct hiring model to reduce dependency and cost.
•Own end-to-end operational recruitment for plant-based roles, including volume and critical positions.
•Develop sourcing and candidate engagement strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
•Centralize hiring accountability through Talent Acquisition and drive standardized hiring processes and governance across sites.
•Ensure full adoption of Workday (ATS) as the single source of truth and track recruitment metrics to improve outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading end-to-end talent acquisition in high-volume, operational environments (blue-collar, supply chain, or manufacturing).
•Experience partnering with Operations and HR leadership to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
•Hands-on operational recruiting capability, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
•Experience standardising hiring processes and governance across multiple sites or geographies.
•Strong working knowledge of Workday (or similar ATS), improving adoption, data quality, and reporting.
