•Lead and develop the social strategy for Taco Bell across fan, creator, and reactive communities, setting the north star for the team
•Oversee creator community strategy and internal teams to bring work to life and ensure alignment with brand goals
•Direct 1:1 community management and care strategy execution while ensuring timely responses and engagement
•Shape real-time, evergreen, and off-calendar social moments with expert knowledge of trends and platforms
•Coach and mentor team members, driving professional development and performance across the social organization

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years of experience in brand-focused social strategy, designing and deploying digital campaigns across major social platforms
•Experience leading and coaching teams, with at least 3 years of leadership experience
•Strong understanding of organic and paid social strategies and cross-over executions with Media Strategy
•Proven skills in social data and analytics, KPI setting, and creating digestible performance summaries for stakeholders
•Experience managing influencer campaigns and collaborating with influencer ecosystems
