Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per specifications and QC procedures
  • •Review shop drawings, material submittals, and bills of quantities for accuracy; notify the Associate Project Manager of discrepancies
  • •Supervise equipment installations and coordinate inspections with the project team based on the contractor’s daily forms
  • •Support project managers with client relations, technical/contractual clarifications, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • •Monitor contractor payment vs. on-site percentages, manage NCRs and site instructions, and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • •3+ years of experience in a construction or construction supervision function
  • •3+ years of experience in an engineering function in a contracting company or a construction supervision function
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards and codes
  • •Proficient written and spoken Arabic and English with strong communication, planning, and attention to detail
