Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App download).
  • •Monitor team performance and define corrective actions; develop team members’ skills and talents.
  • •Ensure quality standards in the department (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection) and resolve disputes.
  • •Coordinate in-store services and organize/planning for the Booxi platform; share daily results with the Store Manager and team.
  • •Manage stockroom operations to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and commercial policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
  • •Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
  • •Business and goals orientation.
