Partner with consulting teams, draft senior leader narratives and materials, and support transformation events. Measure effectiveness through surveys and analytics, track engagement readiness, and continuously improve communications adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain the GBS Supply transformation communications plan, aligned with Supply and GBS communications plans
•Ensure messaging follows Reckitt brand guidelines, tone of voice, and global communication principles
•Translate transformation activities into clear communications for diverse global audiences, including change impact analysis and engagement planning
•Develop and deliver communications across channels (Viva Engage, email, MS Teams, SharePoint, video, presentations) and support transformation events
•Measure and report communication effectiveness using surveys, analytics, and qualitative feedback; track engagement readiness and recommend improvements

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a communications lead role, ideally within transformation, organisational change, or Supply/Tech environments
•Strong corporate communication experience within a global, complex business

•Experience supporting or leading communications in Supply, digital, or IT transformation programmes
•Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
