Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify TikTok and Instagram influencers whose content, aesthetic, and audience align with the brand’s skincare and inclusive identity.
  • •Continuously scan platforms to surface emerging, relevant creators and maintain consistent vetting criteria (engagement quality, audience fit, content style, and brand safety).
  • •Maintain clean, organized tracking sheets with lead details (handle, platform, follower count, engagement rate, notes, contact info, and status) using formulas and filtering.
  • •Research adjacent and complementary brands to expand influencer and creator pools.
  • •Assist with early-stage outreach coordination and deliver weekly reporting on qualified leads and pipeline status.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience sourcing or researching influencers/creators on TikTok and Instagram.
  • •Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, filtering, and clean data entry.
  • •Experience maintaining detailed tracking or reporting systems.
  • •Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
  • •Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home-office setup.
