Key Responsibilities

  • •Observe the provisions of MICT’s management system and apply LEAN principles in daily tasks.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement and achievement of objectives/targets.
  • •Maintain CHE, substation, switchyard, air conditioning, yard lighting, and related auxiliaries to ensure reliable operation.
  • •Ensure PM compliance, PM closing, MMBF, and OEE as per KPI requirements.
  • •Coordinate tasks with Assistant Manager/Manager/GM to ensure timely electrical work closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintenance of container handling equipment (STS, RMG, E-RTG, RST, ECH) and supporting electrical systems (substations, switchyards, and yard lighting).
  • •Oversee shift team performance to achieve electrical job closures on time and meet KPIs (PM compliance, PM closing, MMBF, OEE, reliability).
  • •Observe and adhere to the MICT management system and safety policies; ensure security/compliance for staff and contractors.
