Integration Specialist - Municipal Metering

Provide high-quality technical support for municipal metering customers using Neptune systems. Troubleshoot issues through remote sessions, phone, and ticketing while monitoring and managing support tickets and documenting resolutions. Assist with system integrations and municipal customer implementations, deliver training on system operation and troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer needs.
