Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience operating at Staff-level scope or leading complex initiatives across multiple teams or systems.
  • •Strong full-stack experience building and maintaining production web applications, including modern frontend frameworks, backend APIs, data modeling, and distributed systems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead technically complex projects end-to-end from problem definition through design, implementation, launch, and production support.
  • •Experience improving high-impact user journeys such as onboarding, checkout, registration, eligibility, payments, marketplaces, or other conversion-critical workflows.
  • •Ability to influence technical direction across functions or teams by communicating tradeoffs and driving alignment with Product, Design, Data, and engineering.
