Job Summary

Own technical strategy and end-to-end relationships with OpenAI and Anthropic as a hands-on AI Ecosystem Architect. Drive co-build integrations with Elastic’s Product, Engineering, Security, and Observability teams—building reference architectures, working prototypes, and demos that position Elasticsearch as the retrieval layer for AI agents. Influence product roadmap inputs from partners and customers, and help customers adopt the partnerships through joint technical briefs, guides, and GTM content.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Drive co-build strategy with Elastic’s Product team by identifying and prioritizing integrations that deepen both partnerships and align Elastic retrieval, security, and observability capabilities with how OpenAI and Anthropic build for the enterprise.
•Serve as Elastic’s technical voice inside both ecosystems by collaborating with partner and product teams to ensure Elasticsearch’s role in agentic workflows is understood and represented.
•Build reference architectures and working prototypes positioning Elasticsearch as the retrieval layer for agentic AI, enabling developers to use OpenAI/Anthropic platforms with grounded, governed context.
•Partner with Elastic’s Security and Observability teams to develop integration patterns and showcases demonstrating how frontier AI enhances Elastic capabilities.
•Own technical and strategic relationships end-to-end, including building and managing an executive-level cadence to align on progress, priorities, and investment focus, and connect internal teams with partner ecosystem updates.

•7+ years in technical presales, partner engineering, solutions architecture, or product management.
•Proven experience owning technical relationships with strategic AI or platform partners as a named technical point of contact.
•Hands-on experience building prototypes and integration demos alongside partner and Product teams.
•A track record of influencing product roadmaps and partner priorities.
•Strong communication across audiences, including presenting to developers and working through architecture questions with partner engineers.
