Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute product strategy and metrics for business intelligence and insights for the Merchant Intelligence & Analytics (MIA) offering.
  • •Build actionable reporting that communicates business impact across multiple personas via customer app, email, exports, and conversational AI.
  • •Own the cross-product revenue breakdown, aligning teams on the shared mental model of how the shopping journey drives revenue.
  • •Drive proactive, actionable insights throughout the product discovery journey, including why insights matter and what to do next.
  • •Lead and scale a cross-functional team (engineers and a designer) across the full product cycle from discovery to prototyping, launch, enablement, and iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •Translate complex e-commerce and analytics into compelling, value-based narratives tailored to executives, PMs, merchandisers, and marketers.
  • •Lead qualitative and quantitative customer research to uncover underlying business needs and how stakeholders consume analytics.
  • •Solve ambiguous problems by digging into root causes, assessing opportunities/risks, and making decisions under uncertainty.
  • •Motivate cross-functional teams and guide product and GTM partners to drive outcomes.
  • •Comfort collaborating with technical teams (data engineering, ML, backend) to make informed product decisions; background in analytics and/or e-commerce is a plus.
