Oversee maintenance operations for Moove’s urban fleet, coordinating service, repairs, inspections, and repair installations to maximize uptime. Lead and manage maintenance technicians, prioritize work to meet customer needs, and ensure safety, compliance, and quality of Moove assets. Manage insurance processes and claims timelines, control maintenance authorizations and costs, track expenses and budget, and maintain maintenance logs and daily progress reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle service, maintenance, and repairs, including handling escalations and customer conflict resolutions.
•Build, manage, measure, and maintain relationships with suppliers and repair outlets to maximize fleet uptime.
•Ensure safety, compliance, and quality of Moove assets, including overseeing insurance processes and claims timelines.
•Manage maintenance authorizations, repair work, and spare parts stock to optimize costs and keep vehicles operational.
•Track maintenance expenses and budget, conduct regular facility inspections, and document daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

Key Requirements

•7-12 years of fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
•Technical degree or diploma in motor mechanics, automobile, or mechanical is required.
•Hands-on fleet industry experience is required.
•Strong customer service and organizational skills.
•Valid driver’s licence preferred.
