Job Summary

Support Invesco Real Estate clients and distribution partners with timely investor relations and product support. You’ll deliver client-ready reporting and bespoke materials, manage recurring investor servicing processes, and coordinate investor lifecycle events across internal teams and external service providers. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver exceptional investor-facing product support and act as a point of contact for investors and prospects, supporting requests from CPMs and distribution colleagues.
•Provide client-ready reporting deliverables and bespoke reports, partnering with internal and external stakeholders and supporting practical efficiency improvements.
•Manage investor servicing processes including communications, fund portals, reporting deliverables, investor meetings and calls, and related governance materials.
•Coordinate investor lifecycle events (subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, distributions, capital calls, management fee rebates, and KYC/AML refreshes) with relevant teams and service providers.
•Maintain accurate investor, fund, and distribution data across systems/portals and produce recurring management information (e.g., AUM, transactions, capital raising, and fee status) while adhering to Conduct principles.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Investor Relations, Client Relationship Management, Client Service, or Product Management within asset management or private markets (or similar institutional investment environment).
•Strong understanding of investor servicing processes and reporting cycles, with the ability to deliver accurate, timely, client-ready responses.
•Highly proficient with MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and OneNote, with strong Excel/data management and reporting skills.
•Knowledge of CRM and fund/investor servicing systems, including Investran, Viaduct and Salesforce (helpful).
•Fluent English; German preferred, with strong written and verbal communication and excellent attention to detail.
