Key Responsibilities

  • •Process loan administration tasks for syndicated and bilateral loan deals, including creating facilities in Loan IQ and administering servicing through maturity.
  • •Handle payments and funding, oversee amendments and closure activities on termination dates, and perform mandatory checks aligned to global standards.
  • •Provide client-facing services for borrowings, rollovers, and interest/principal payments in accordance with deal documentation.
  • •Compile, generate, and present MI reports to SMT and resolve operational queries/escalations to meet SLA.
  • •Maintain operational effectiveness and control by managing operational risk, adhering to internal control standards, and following Group Compliance Policy and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience in the securities industry.
  • •Strong analytical, statistical, and data interpretation skills to study trends and support projections.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills, including planning/organization and the ability to develop individuals.
  • •Fluency in spoken and written English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an added advantage/essential as described.
