Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and schedule PM kits, monitor consumption/inventory levels, and drive quarterly closure of PM jobs in line with fleet maintenance schedules.
  • •Forecast and plan major component replacements and coordinate with the rebuild centre to streamline repairs, rebuilds, and turnaround activities.
  • •Support and develop site planners by guiding BPCS and planning processes, monitoring performance/deviations, and ensuring consistent application of standards and SOPs.
  • •Optimize inventory and procurement by running weekly reviews with inbound replenishment, correcting demand bookings, maintaining stocking policies, and recommending changes to forecasting and replenishment parameters.
  • •Own ERP-based parts issuance and procurement web application processes for access, SOP adherence, enhancements, issue resolution, and data consistency; coordinate with order fulfilment for order accuracy and demand management.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech in Mining Machinery/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience with MS Office and ERP.
  • •Hands-on exposure in maintenance planning and larger projects with increased resources.
  • •Understanding of parts inventory systems, including Min/Max guidelines and COGS management.
  • •Knowledge of contract management and vendor development; supply chain and Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
