Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pre-sales technical design by analyzing customer needs and recommending Agentforce-aligned solutions.
  • •Shape best practices for generative AI, agent interoperability, prompt engineering, Data Cloud, and cross-platform integrations.
  • •Collaborate with AEs and SEs to build hands-on prototypes and demos using Agentforce and integrated external agents.
  • •Develop thought leadership artifacts (demo templates, whitepapers, enablement sessions) covering agent lifecycle and integration strategy.
  • •Support technical enablement by serving as a central knowledge resource and documenting best practices/knowledge bases for internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years designing and delivering data, analytics, and AI architectures for enterprise environments.
  • •Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability, including mapping/integrating external agents.
  • •Proven experience with prompt engineering and agent lifecycle management, including hands-on prototype development.
  • •Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms and data ingestion patterns (batch, streaming, CDC).
  • •Hands-on programming proficiency (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, R) and experience with data frameworks like pandas or Jupyter.
