Key Responsibilities

  • •Define simulation scope and methodology for cooling unit and pump systems (CFD/thermal/flow/structural where applicable).
  • •Build and maintain simulation models to support product design and architecture decisions.
  • •Perform simulation-based trade-off analysis across performance, reliability, and cost.
  • •Lead simulation-driven root cause analysis for pump/cooling field issues and correlate with failure and test data to support CAPA.
  • •Establish simulation methodology/model reliability, improve simulation-test correlation, and support validation strategy, critical stress identification, and design assurance evidence including FMEA inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or related fields.
  • •Strong fundamentals in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and mechanical behavior.
  • •Hands-on experience with CFD simulation (ANSYS Fluent/CFX/COMSOL or similar).
  • •Experience correlating simulation results with test and field data to support design decisions.
  • •Ability to build and simplify simulation models using engineering judgment.
