Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and lead regional HR technology projects simultaneously across multiple countries.
  • •Drive implementation of target HR architecture and platform solutions, including downstream system integrations.
  • •Manage Payroll and Time & Attendance systems strategy, implementation, and optimization across the region.
  • •Support development of a comprehensive HR IT architecture aligned with business and HR objectives.
  • •Lead decommissioning strategies and intake management with in-country teams, including requirements analysis and scalable solution implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proven experience in project management, preferably within HR Technology or transformation environments.
  • •Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills in complex, international environments.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • •Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams; English is mandatory; Spanish or French are highly appreciated.
