Monitor loan portfolios, recommend risk rating changes, manage problem-loan workout and reserve processes, and oversee collections while completing required BSA/AML and compliance training.

Key Responsibilities

•Extend commercial credit within loan policy guidelines, making compliant recommendations based on customers’ financial needs and conditions.
•Interview applicants, examine and evaluate credit and financial history, and assess collateral adequacy as applicable.
•Authorize or recommend loan approval/denial within specified limits, including preparing loan offering memoranda and ensuring complete, accurate loan documents.
•Monitor the loan portfolio/performance, recommend changes in risk ratings, and oversee reserves for loans serviced.
•Manage problem loans via workout and collection processes (internally or with bank counsel), including collecting past-due payments.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Equivalent to a four-year college degree in general business, finance, economics, or accounting, plus 6 years of related experience and/or training.
•5 years of related management experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
•5 years of lending experience.
•5 years of experience with banking, investment, or economic analysis.
•Two years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
