Job Summary

Support HVAC operations across cleanrooms and production facilities by assisting with maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems. Help perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor HVAC parameters, replace/clean filters, and assist with basic troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and pharmaceutical GMP requirements, and coordinate with supervisors during shutdowns and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems.
•Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC equipment.
•Monitor HVAC parameters and report any abnormalities.
•Assist with filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
•Support cleanroom environmental compliance and GMP requirements, following safety and GMP procedures at all times.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or technical qualification in a Mechanical or HVAC field.
•1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
•Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.
•Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities (preferred).
•Good communication and teamwork skills, with willingness to work shifts if required.
