Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while following retail and asset protection procedures.
