Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with teams on payroll and AI product counseling end-to-end, including payroll launch readiness, AI impact assessments, model cards, and risk controls with Privacy/Security.
  • •Collaborate with Commercial Legal on product terms and AI-specific clauses for payroll features (e.g., training/usage of data and metadata, output/IP ownership, acceptable use, transparency).
  • •Proactively monitor new AI and tech regulations and translate them into actionable steps for product, design, and engineering.
  • •Manage external counsel on complex, multi-jurisdictional issues to drive clear, practical outcomes.
  • •Partner with Privacy and Security on DPIAs/TIAs, incident response, and vendor/LLM diligence, and deliver targeted enablement (trainings or office hours).
